90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any Subly supplement, we will refund you in full.

  • This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of each product type and is limited to one refund per product type per customer.

  • Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and optional package protection fees.

  • For multi-unit orders, unopened items may need to be returned in order to receive a refund. If a return is required, Subly will cover the return shipping.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • If you choose to exchange a product instead of a refund, the guarantee for that product type will no longer apply.


Returns for Supplements

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement bottles cannot be returned, unless covered under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Only unopened products are eligible for return outside the guarantee.

  • Unless otherwise covered under the 90-Day Guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Subscription Orders

  • Subscription renewals are not covered under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened subscription products.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on subscription orders.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, there is no need to return it. Please contact us, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Orders Already Shipped

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If you no longer want the order while it is in transit, you have two options:

    1. Refuse delivery at the door. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

    2. Accept delivery and then request a return via our standard process.

Please note:

  • Subly is not responsible for delivery delays or address errors once an order has shipped.

  • For rerouting or address corrections while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
