This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of each product type and is limited to one refund per product type per customer.

Refunds exclude shipping, handling, and optional package protection fees.

For multi-unit orders, unopened items may need to be returned in order to receive a refund. If a return is required, Subly will cover the return shipping.

Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

If you choose to exchange a product instead of a refund, the guarantee for that product type will no longer apply.
Returns for Supplements

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement bottles cannot be returned, unless covered under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Only unopened products are eligible for return outside the guarantee.

Unless otherwise covered under the 90-Day Guarantee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals are not covered under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Returns are only accepted for unopened subscription products.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on subscription orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, there is no need to return it. Please contact us, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Orders Already Shipped

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If you no longer want the order while it is in transit, you have two options:

Refuse delivery at the door. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Accept delivery and then request a return via our standard process.
