Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and shipped the following business day.

    Please note: During periods of high demand or promotional sales, processing may take longer than 1–2 business days.

Note: At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@shopsubly.com with your order details and tracking information.

To track your order:

  1. Visit the page: Track Your Order

  2. Enter your Order Number & Email (the same ones provided in your Shipping Confirmation email).

  3. Click the “Track” button to see the latest delivery status of your package.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.

  • Your tracking page will update automatically as your package moves through the carrier network.


Priority Shipping & Handling

Priority Shipping & Handling does not shorten the delivery time but ensures your package is handled with extra care and shipped using a preferred mailing service.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Subly is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
