Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
Subly is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, weather, or other force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Opened products are not eligible for return due to health and safety.
Our 90-day results guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and requires proof of consistent use.
