By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Subly to automatically charge your selected payment method at the chosen interval (monthly, bi-monthly, or otherwise) until cancelled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@shopsubly.com or through your customer account portal.

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged.

  • Charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, unless otherwise covered under our 90-day money-back guarantee.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship products directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and customs clearance.

  • Subly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you are not eligible for refund.

Subly offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of its products. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase of a specific Subly product, you may request a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and optional protection fees).

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration shall take place in the state capital where you reside, or by telephone if your claim is under $2,500.

This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. If a material change is made, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
